- Kazumi Iino : Chief Executive Partner
- Kazumi Iino is a co-founder of TMA BioTech Circle. She has extensive experience providing a comprehensive range of advisory services, from coordination, liaison, research and analysis assignments to localization of materials for clients in domestic and international markets. Iino has been appointed as a fellow of Health Science Technology Transfer Center (HSTTC) of Japan Health Foundation, the authorized Technology Licensing Organization by the Japanese Health, Labor & Welfare Minister. Iino was previously employed with Biosystems International Inc, one of the Japanese pioneers of space science consulting in the areas of biotechnology and life sciences. She is a licensed National Registered Dietitian of Japan as well as a certified Supplement Adviser authorized by the Japanese Clinical Nutrition Association .
- Yuki Wakabayashi, Ph.D.: Executive Partner
- As Chief Executive Officer of Techno Consulge Ltd. Yuki Wakabayashi serves as marketing and management strategy advisor to a wide variety of international science and technology clients. Prior to business consulting, Wakabayashi helped to establish the Japanese subsidiary of an American biotech-based R&D company and managed and conducted the starting of the business operation in Japan. Her earlier experiences as a researcher for developing analytical instruments, as a sales and marketing consultant for the financial community, and as a scientist for strategic investment and business development for life science firms laid the foundation for her expertise in providing customized services for her global clientele and in fulfilling Techno Consulge's business policy of “All for exploring your true value and delivering it to the market.”
- Joanne F. Gucwa, M.B.A. : US Partner
- Gucwa is President of Technology Management Associates, Inc., a technology market research and consulting firm, and co-founder of TMA BioTech Circle, a global life sciences portal. Her advisory focus is on market expansion and has covered industries as diverse as automotive, advanced materials, machine tools, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, telecommunication and economic development in addition to biotechnology. She became one of the first Certified Management Consultants (CMC) in the Chicago area, maintains a long-standing membership in the Society of Automotive Engineers, Illinois Biotech Industry Organization and has been elected an Affiliate Member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. She speaks regularly before technology audiences, including the IEEE and Chairs the CEO Roundtable sponsored by the Illinois Technology Association. Gucwa was previously Biochemistry Section Leader at Beatrice Foods Company. She earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from Northwestern University.
- Rie Koiwa:
- Representative of AKERMA Corporation. Backed by experience of research on financial market and marketing research at multiple foreign research firms, Rie mainly takes on English-Japanese or Japanese-English translation. She graduated from Foreign Language and Studies, Sophia University. Her qualifications include 960 on TOEIC, STEP level 1, passing the exam of Japan Securities Analyst Association.
